Architectural Technologist

We are currently representing an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Newcastle that is actively seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to develop their career within a well-established, talented team with an exciting pipeline of work.

Our client specialises within the Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors, but also covers a wider array of projects. The successful Architectural Technologist will be involved in small to large-scale projects, up to £30 million in value. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings
• Creating high-quality technical drawing packages
• Working closely with clients
• Attending site meetings
• Using Revit on a daily basis
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and modern construction
• Minimum of 1 year's professional experience in a relevant role
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
