What you’ll do

As a functional consultant, you will be responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.

• Work with the customer to configure and customize the NetSuite application to meet their business requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates on the progress of activities and deliverables.
• Provide customers with consulting and general assistance as needed, acting as a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas.

You’ll be here to make customers successful by unlocking capabilities and being their long-term partners in the Cloud.

• Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
• Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications needed:

• Experience in consulting within common industry-standard business practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce.
• Industry knowledge of Software, Services, Wholesale Distribution, or Retail sectors.
• Ability to effectively implement ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce solutions.
