As our Email Campaign Associate, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our content. You’ll work in-person at our HQ in London, constantly being pushed out of your comfort zone. To support your growth, we provide:

Your Responsibilities

The responsibilities will vary but mainly include:

  • Email marketing: managing copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimization for newsletters, product updates, and promotions.
  • Social media growth management: managing and growing our LinkedIn presence, testing new content formats, and leveraging content on YouTube and Twitter.
  • Graphic design: maintaining our visual identity across all marketing channels, with support provided for this task.
  • Website management: designing, SEO activities, UX optimization, and working on new formats reflecting our brand.
  • Analytics: measuring and improving performance metrics across channels, working towards challenging KPIs.
  • Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.
  • Synergy: collaborating with other departments to share content and communicate brand progress.

What we expect from you

No specific prior experience is required as training is provided. Candidates must have a UK work permit and a university degree or be working towards one. We seek candidates who:

  • Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency;
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through;
  • Are curious about people and enjoy building relationships;
  • Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing;

Start date

Flexible. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based at Buckingham Gate. Collaboration in person is essential to create market-leading events throughout the year. We look forward to having you as part of our team.
