They offer hybrid working from 3 days per week, progression and above market remuneration.

This practice seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Senior Solicitor 5+ PQE to join its Leading Legal 500 accredited department, with genuine prospects for progression.

The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work, including collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management, and the right to manage. Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.
