The Opportunity

Do you thrive in a dynamic, creative environment where you can manage end-to-end influencer campaigns?

Are you looking to work with global clients and a talented team in a fast-growing social agency?

We are seeking an Influencer Manager to join our team. You will lead influencer relationship management, from identification to outreach, management, and payment processing. You will oversee influencer projects from insights through to implementation and final reporting. Additionally, you will nurture and grow relationships with influencers and talent agencies, acting as the main point of contact, and help develop our influencer offerings within WAS as a thought leader and expert in this space.

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere
  • Managed influencer relationships end-to-end, from outreach to payment processing, ensuring timely payments.
  • Led influencer projects from insights to implementation and reporting, successfully managing budgets between £30k-£300k.
  • Executed influencer campaigns utilizing data-driven insights to increase engagement rates.
  • Coordinated payment terms and schedules with finance, ensuring 100% on-time payments.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with teams such as Research & Insights, Cultural Insights, Strategy, Creative, Editorial, and Customer Service to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Delivered end-to-end influencer campaigns with a 90% success rate based on engagement and ROI benchmarks.
What Else Are We Looking For?
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Twitch, Snapchat, LinkedIn). Experience within influencer marketing, PR, digital partnerships, or project management in an agency setting.
  • Client management experience, including working with both global and UK-based clients.
  • Existing relationships and a personal network within the influencer industry.
  • Experience with social insights and listening tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of social and influencer trends and the ability to leverage them.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and attention to detail.
