Hours: 33.5 hours per week
Provide an efficient clerical support service to all employees within the establishment, and assist in the provision of an efficient front line service to service users. Contribute to the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council’s key objectives, specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
The duties involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a PVG Scheme member or undergo a Scheme Record Update before a formal offer of employment can be made. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed prior to employment.

This is a permanent, part-time, term-time position based at James Hamilton Primary School, Kilmarnock. The hours are 33 hours 30 minutes per week, scheduled at the line manager's discretion. The full-time salary ranges from £24,333 to £25,353 annually, with the part-time, term-time salary between £19,976 and £20,813 annually.
