What is the opportunity?
Join the team responsible for managing client lifecycle events for the institutional EMEA/APAC segregated client base. Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and change management throughout the client relationship cycle. Manage RBC BlueBay’s pooled fund range and closed-ended funds across all asset classes.
What will you do?
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and transition activities for RBC BlueBay’s funds and mandates, collaborating with client-facing teams, internal stakeholders, and third parties.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding events and support models throughout their journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Investment Management, Client Directors, Sales, Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Fund Accounting, and IT to ensure timely and efficient client onboarding, fund launches, closures, and transitions.
- Support the implementation of new workflows and tasks within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure comprehensive coverage and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in daily operational responsibilities to improve team efficiency.
- Stay informed on regulatory, market, and ESG developments impacting fund onboarding timelines.
- Mitigate risks associated with client events proactively.
- Maintain effective network management within RBC Global Asset Management globally.
- Promote teamwork and strategic objectives across the firm.
- Maintain accurate client and security data in systems.
