The shift pattern for this position is Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
The post holder will ensure the delivery of an effective secretarial and administrative service to the multidisciplinary team, including managerial, psychology, nursing, and occupational therapy staff within adult community learning disability services across Glasgow City CHP. Responsibilities include reception duties, data input, record management, and general typing. The post holder works independently, managing calls and emails, dealing with referrals and inquiries through a single point of access, and supporting the wider administrative team.
