  3. Collaborate with content and live rooms teams to optimise events for both in-person and digital audiences.
  4. Organise and oversee events, delegating tasks to the membership and communications team as needed.
  5. Ensure timely organisation of all events, including relevant promotional copy and photos for member advertising.
  6. Assist with membership duties such as gathering feedback and covering evening or weekend shifts.
  7. Coordinate with the Private Hire Manager and operational team to ensure space bookings and event planning are completed in advance.
  8. Prepare timelines and risk assessments in collaboration with the H&S team.
  9. Occasionally work weekends and holidays for larger events like Halloween, NYE, and summer parties.
  10. Stay informed on current and upcoming trends to keep events engaging for a diverse and creative audience.
  11. Maintain a cultural pulse across all of the company's content pillars.
  12. Collaborate with other Members Events Managers and UK-wide teams to share ideas and concepts.

  14. Develop monthly budgets for all events, including detailed expenditure reports for large-scale occasions.
