Key duties (including, but not limited to):

• Support the development and enhancement of technical and retail pricing models
• Lead investigation and preparation of data for parameterisation of pricing models
• Conducting technical analyses, investigations (e.g. inflation) and independent deep dive reviews
• Support in depth portfolio analyses and performance management and present results to a variety of stakeholders
• Support risk segmentation analysis and recommendation of price change proposals to achieve business targets

Qualifications required:

• University degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics or similar discipline
• Making progress through the actuarial exams towards Associateship / Fellowship qualifications with the Institute of Actuaries or equivalent professional body

Experience required:

• Proven pricing experience in personal or commercial lines technical pricing
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Highly developed mathematical / statistical knowledge
