Your key tasks and responsibilities

• Design of offshore support structures, including numerical modelling
• Planning and interpretation of offshore geotechnical site surveys
• Documenting results and engaging in client meetings
• Coordinating project developments during bid and execution phases
• Managing geotechnical disciplines within projects
• Potentially managing team members
• Contributing to technical development
• Collaborating with teams across Europe, Americas, and APAC

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on geotechnical engineering
• Several years of practical experience in geotechnical engineering, wind energy, numerical modelling, and seismic design
• Experience in offshore wind industry
• Programming skills in Matlab or Python are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and systematic work approach
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for multidisciplinary communication
