Job Profile

We're looking for an experienced IT Software Trainer to join our IT Application Support Team. You'll design and deliver engaging training programmes for both existing and new software applications, using a mix of face-to-face sessions, webinars, and digital learning materials. This is a hybrid role requiring some UK travel-especially during major rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored IT training sessions across departments
• Conduct skills gap analyses and create simple, effective user guides
• Provide induction training for new starters and upskilling for current staff
• Support software rollouts with targeted training and post-go-live assistance
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content
• Maintain training records and support admin tasks related to training delivery

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Software Trainer or in a similar role
• Confident delivering training both in-person and virtually
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Experience creating clear documentation and digital training content
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with learning platforms and modern training methods
• Full UK driving licence (required for travel)
