Key Responsibilities

• Business process improvement and data analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements
• Analyze and map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements
• Prepare business requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Support project delivery of technology and process changes
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and performance insights
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and solutions
• Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and documentation standards
