We are looking for a Children’s Holiday Activity Supervisor to join the team at LC Swansea. We seek someone enthusiastic, upbeat, and fun! Someone who can ensure children have an enjoyable visit and is not afraid to join in activities. You will supervise and work alongside a team of assistants, ensuring effective teamwork and adherence to normal operating procedures of the Centre.

Requirements

• Ensure all customers have a safe and enjoyable experience
• Effectively programme a full day of activities to suit various ages and abilities
• Experience working in a self-motivated and proactive manner
• Experience delivering excellent customer service
• Team leader qualities, able to lead the team to ensure high customer service standards
• Experience working directly with children and customers
• Drive, energy, and enthusiasm
• DBS Check

Buddion:

Salary: up to £12.21 per hour / Cyflog: hyd at £12.21 yr awr
