The EMEA Programme Manager (D365 programme - internally known as Project DRIVE) is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of D365 FinOps and CE solutions across Rotork’s regional factories and selling entities within the EMEA region, ensuring that business benefits are realized.
The Programme Manager manages the regional EMEA deployment plan, escalates critical issues and risks, identifies resource constraints, manages dependencies within the programme and with other projects, and ensures deployment phase entry and exit criteria are met. They provide status updates into the DRIVE and Tier 1 reporting processes. Additionally, they line manage Project Managers for each deployment wave and a team of cross-functional SMEs to deliver D365 across the region.
