Job Description:

The EMEA Programme Manager (D365 programme - internally known as Project DRIVE) is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of D365 FinOps and CE solutions across Rotork’s regional factories and selling entities within the EMEA region, ensuring that business benefits are realized.

The Programme Manager manages the regional EMEA deployment plan, escalates critical issues and risks, identifies resource constraints, manages dependencies within the programme and with other projects, and ensures deployment phase entry and exit criteria are met. They provide status updates into the DRIVE and Tier 1 reporting processes. Additionally, they line manage Project Managers for each deployment wave and a team of cross-functional SMEs to deliver D365 across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ownership and management of the deployment plan, ensuring delivery and benefits realization.
• Provide leadership and motivation to factory deployment teams to meet goals, milestones, and stay within budget.
• Manage wave Project Managers and regional SMEs, ensuring plans are robust and achievable.
• Share best practices and lessons learned to reduce deployment times.
• Work creatively and analytically to solve problems, demonstrating teamwork and innovation.
• Coordinate with change & communication resources to ensure consistent approach and engagement of change agents.
• Monitor and control programme delivery, resolving issues and dependencies.
• Establish and report on metrics for programme delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure deployment aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in delivering multi-location D365 FinOps & CE deployment programmes in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-ground leadership.
• Ability to work within a global matrix organization, embracing diversity and inspiring others.
• Recognized project or programme management qualification.
• Proven ability to deliver business outcomes on time and within budget.
• Effective communication and change management skills.
