Marketing Manager – Fragrance/Beauty – South West London – £45-50,000 (AE684112B)

The team collaborates closely, spending 4 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Calendar: Lead product launches and promotional campaigns.
  2. Trade Marketing & POS: Develop omni-channel retail activations, execution, promotions, and POS.
  3. PR & Influencer Marketing: Build relationships with media, bloggers, and creators.
  4. Social Media & Digital: Manage the Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Set KPIs, track performance, and optimise marketing efforts.
  6. Budget Ownership: Maximise ROI and ensure every marketing pound delivers impact.
  7. Team Leadership: Develop a small content creation and social media management team.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Strategic marketing leadership in fragrance, beauty, or FMCG.
  2. A strong track record of building and mentoring a team.
  3. Experience working with international distributors and teams.
