Job Title: Landscape Architect / Senior Landscape Architect

Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid working - 1 day WFH)

Salary: £DOE

The Role

We are seeking a number of Landscape Architects to join a growing practice in their Chelmsford office. As the successful candidate, you'll ideally be chartered and have a strong background working on large scale residential developments.

The Company

This company is a multi-disciplinary practice that works across residential schemes, commercial, landscape, urban design, healthcare, interior design, sports & leisure facilities, and retail projects.

The Role Will Require

1. Prepare landscape drawings including hard & soft landscape
2. Masterplans
3. Prepare LVIA
4. Site visits
5. Prepare reports such as access statements
6. Support Landscape Director with delivering landscape projects

Desired Skills & Qualifications

1. Relevant degree
2. Chartered
3. 3+ years experience
4. Previous experience working on large residential developments
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office

Salary & Benefits

1. Salary is dependent on experience as there are multiple roles on offer
