Job description

MASTER TECHNICIAN
Basic Salary: Up to £38,000
OTE: Up to £43,000
Working Hours: Mon/Weds/Fri 8.15am to 5.15pm & Tues/Thurs 8.15am to 6.15pm - No Saturdays!!
Location: Colchester

Responsibilities of a Master Technician:
  1. Support the workshop and the service team.
  2. Diagnose highly complex faults.
  3. Work on complex repairs and diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when required.

Skills and Qualifications of a Master Technician:
  1. NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  2. Diagnostic qualification - desirable not essential.
  3. Previous experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician.
  4. Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
  5. Franchised dealership / large independent experience.
  6. Full clean UK Driving Licence.
