Working in the Lease Audit team within the larger Occupier Accounts team, the individual will be responsible for conducting lease audits for corporate clients to identify, negotiate, and recoup potential savings.

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate with at least five years of commercial real estate experience. Property management or real estate accounting experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues effectively.
Advanced understanding of financial principles, complex calculations, and report preparation.
Ability to analyze complex documents, solve problems, and make sound judgments considering client and team impacts.
Proficiency in MS Office, understanding of lease administration, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Make decisions based on procedures and policies, meet deadlines, and understand the impact of judgments on the department.
