Job Opportunity: Domiciliary Care Branch Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager in the Sudbury, Suffolk area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing a domiciliary care business and achieving a CQC overall rating of Outstanding. This role is with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This organization is an independent, family-run business committed to providing quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes and residential settings.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with previous experience in a domiciliary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  2. Build and maintain the customer base.
  3. Create an environment that attracts and retains high-quality staff, promoting effective team working.
  4. Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to stay updated on best practices.
  6. Coordinate with senior management and meet KPIs.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Strong business acumen with a desire to develop and grow the service.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license and own a vehicle.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £42,500 per annum. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week from 9 am to 5 pm. Benefits include:
