Job description

A buoyant multi-disciplinary consultancy is busy across all 3 locations as clients continue to 'reach out' for their architectural, interior design, and civil/structural engineering services. The Cardiff location has been instructed on new schemes across residential, 'blue light', and commercial industries and is looking for a Senior Architectural Technician.

You will 'hit the floor running' from day one where responsibilities will feature:

1. Full working drawings
2. Overseeing work of junior members
3. Running building control 'areas of work'
4. Attending site meetings

We are keen to hear from applicants who can run multiple projects while keeping within timeframes and budgets. You will have an 'eye for detail' and hold a sound knowledge of the building regulations. AutoCAD or REVIT literacy is required.
