Responsibilities

1. Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the team
2. Maintenance - managing routines, obsolescence, contracts, suppliers, service providers
3. Provisioning - meeting SLA on new provisions
4. Service Restoration - meeting SLA on services
5. Capacity management - managing utilisation of asset
6. Worked in a 24/7 environment
7. Change management experience

Requirements

Ideally experience in a comparable role within a Telecommunications organisation.
