? Key Account Manager – UK & Nordics | Premium Heritage Eyewear with Global Sports Partnerships

An exciting opportunity to join a leading international premium eyewear company known for its heritage fashion collections and exclusive global sports brand licenses.

We're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead business development across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, tapping into your network and expanding our footprint within the sports retail sector.

Your Role

  • Drive new business development in sports retail across UK/Nordics—identify opportunities and open doors using your existing network.
  • Manage and expand key relationships with retailers like JD Sports, Frasers Group, Sportshoes, M&M Direct, and STAG Buying Group.
  • Support strategic sales plans and hit/exceed targets in collaboration with the Senior Key Account Manager.
  • Deliver product training and brand education to retail partners to boost sell-through.
  • Act as a key contact for global sports partnerships, sponsorships, and event activation
  • Collaborate with global brand teams, bringing market insight and feeding back on product positioning.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven background in sales or key account management within Sporting Goods, Apparel, or Eyewear/Sunglasses is essential
  • Strong business development instincts with a solid network in the UK/Nordic sports retail landscape.
  • Experience with promotional planning and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and representing premium brands with authenticity and authority.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel frequently across territories.
