Location: Richmond Village, St Joseph’s Way, Nantwich, CW5 6LZ

Salary: £12.40ph & Excellent Benefits

Type: Permanent - Part Time & Full Time

Shifts: 11:00 – 15:00 or 10:00-14:00

We make health happen. Here at Bupa, we support those when they need it the most. Richmond Villages are our retirement village provider, delivering person-centred care to help our residents live their best lives. We’re looking for a friendly Host to deliver an excellent dining experience.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  1. Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
  2. Serving in the restaurant and café at mealtimes
  3. Preparing trays and providing room service to residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
  4. Serving drinks at the bar as required (only applicable to applicants over 18 years old)
  5. Ensuring that the restaurant and café are tidy and meet high standards
  6. Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times
  7. Supporting other areas as required, such as serving meals to or removing trays from resident’s rooms, restocking personal kitchens, or delivering refreshments to other locations in the village.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

You’re someone that cares for others and wants to make a real difference. You have customer service experience, and experience in a catering role is a plus, though training is provided. A great communicator, you’ll enjoy working in a close-knit team and strive to deliver excellent service while maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
