Working 37.5 hours per week, as a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant you will be working under the supervision of a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and you will have the chance to expand your knowledge in evidence based practice and guidelines.
Your contribution to service development initiatives and quality improvement projects will be valued, with opportunities to receive regular supervision.
What you will be doing:
You will be evaluating service user’s individual speech and languages treatment plans, leading 1-1’s and therapeutic group sessions with service users who have cognitive and communication impairments and analysing clinical audit data for service users.
