Catering Manager - Coventry

Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager with a culinary background to join our team at JLR Oxford Road in Coventry. You will be providing outstanding service to staff and customers while guiding and motivating your team to excel. As the Catering Manager, you need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence daily operations. You'll maximize your team's performance, leading by example and setting high standards.

Your role involves enhancing sales and delivering excellent service. Building strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and contractual obligations is essential.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house.
  • Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment.
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
  • Completing weekly reports and bookkeeping.
  • Stock taking and ordering supplies.

Services include: Breakfast, Lunch, Vending, Hospitality

About you:

  • Excellent culinary skills with experience in contract catering within a business and industry environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate others.
  • Experience managing client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on quality and processes.
  • IT literate (MS Office and email).
  • Business management experience within a kitchen environment.
