Job description

A Software Developer who is experienced and passionate about joining our dedicated Verification team as we undertake a ground-up re-architecture.

Within the Verification team, you will develop, enhance, and support our Business-critical Verification platform. This includes delivering real-time facial recognition systems utilizing innovative AI technology and core operational tooling.

Verification operates as a full-stack team currently re-architecting into Golang, React, and Cloud platforms. Core skills within the team include Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang, and Typescript.

You will work with talented developers to deliver high-quality Verification solutions for our customers and operational teams. The role requires developing low-latency, highly available, and scalable solutions following agile practices at an enterprise level.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work-from-home policy.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Commercial experience with web client or server-side development.
• Experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang, or Typescript; expertise in similar or alternative technologies is welcome.
• Ability to communicate technical matters clearly across different business areas.
• Experience in environments with high volumes of change.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding of automation and developer tooling, such as Continuous Build and CI systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
