Job description

My client has been established for 7 years and is a growing Building Services company that works across Sussex, London, and the South. They cover service and maintenance for commercial clients for their Air Conditioning and M&E systems.


They are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate should be confident in servicing all Air Conditioning systems, with some installation experience and multi-skilled experience including plumbing as a bonus.


Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Hours: 8am - 5pm


Overtime: 1.5x and x2 Sundays


Company van and mobile phone provided.


22 Days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays


Training and progression opportunities available.


The Candidate:

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in Air Conditioning
  2. F gas certification required
  3. Experience with City & Guilds, IPAF, PASMA, VRV's, Splits, Controls, AHU's
  4. Multi-skilled plumbing experience is a plus
  5. AC Installation experience is a plus
  6. Excellent team player
  7. Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
  8. Full driving licence required
  9. Ambitious
