About the job:

Looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Flow Equity Derivatives Sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving the sales of our equity derivatives and light exotics products, with a key focus on Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Institutional clients across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This role demands a proven track record of revenue growth, a deep understanding of the equity derivatives market, and a client-first approach.

  • Lead and manage the Flow Equity Derivatives Sales team, driving strategic sales initiatives for equity derivatives and light exotics products.
  • Focus on expanding business within key client segments, with a particular focus on diversifying from the currently Volatility and Dispersion account base into more Directional accounts across global markets (UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas).
  • Leverage extensive industry knowledge to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients whilst identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored derivatives products, capitalizing on market trends and client needs.
  • Report on sales performance and growth to senior leadership, delivering detailed and actionable insights.
  • Ensure continued revenue growth by leveraging existing resources effectively, relationship management, and market expansion.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in equity derivatives sales, with a demonstrated history of leading teams and delivering double-digit revenue growth.
  • Proven expertise in marketing equity derivatives, light exotics, and structured products to hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional clients.
  • In-depth understanding of global financial markets, with a particular focus on equity derivatives, exotic products, and their application to client portfolios.
  • MBA (or equivalent) or related experience.
  • Strong track record of working across regions, including the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results through collaboration and strategic vision.
  • Advanced understanding of trading strategies, structuring derivative solutions, and execution of equity derivative transactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages such as German, French or Spanish are a plus).
