Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but mainly include:

  • Email marketing: Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimization for newsletters, product updates, and promotions.
  • Social media growth management: Grow and manage our LinkedIn presence, experiment with content formats, and help leverage content on YouTube and Twitter.
  • Graphic design: Maintain our visual identity across all marketing channels, with support provided for this task.
  • Website management: Design, implement SEO strategies, optimize UX, and assist in launching new formats reflecting our brand.
  • Analytics: Measure and improve performance metrics across channels, working towards challenging KPIs.
  • Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to identify and share valuable content and inform them of brand progress.

What we expect from you

No specific prior experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates must have a UK work permit and a university degree or be working towards one. We seek candidates who:

  • Have a strong drive and desire to excel;
  • Possess a high work ethic and sense of urgency;
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through;
  • Are curious about people and enjoy building relationships;
  • Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing;
  • Are well-organized and capable of prioritizing tasks.

Start date

Flexible. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, at our offices in Buckingham Gate. We work at a fast pace and value in-person collaboration to produce outstanding events throughout the year. We look forward to having you on our team.
