Apprentice Engineer - Maritime & Construction Machinery Biggleswade

Based at our Biggleswade site, the role involves training on-site and at college to obtain a nationally recognized qualification while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Undertake a formal apprenticeship within the crane environment and structured work-based training.
  2. Ensure and maintain health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others in the workplace.
  3. Complete all required documentation.
  4. Follow a set rotation and training plan in the workplace.
  5. Investigate specific customer problems on a project-by-project basis, providing technical reports.
  6. Assist other team members as required.
  7. Focus on all of the company's product types with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
Skills & Experience
  1. Grades A-C or 9-4 in Maths, English, and Science subjects.
  2. Interest or background in engineering.
  3. Good team player.
  4. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  5. Passion for learning and high attention to detail.
  6. Good problem-solving skills.

You must be 18 or over at the start of the scheme; there is no upper age limit.
