AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS - Remote Working Residential Surveyors - Hiring in Cambridge - £50-£60,000, plus Car Allowance, Monthly Bonus, OTE £60-£90,000

My client is a well-established national Chartered Surveying practice founded over 15 years ago.

Well respected in the sector, they have experienced steady growth and remain independent, employing around 35 professionals. They primarily operate in the L2 / L3 home surveying sector. As they enter their next growth phase, they are interested in speaking with experienced L2 / L3 Surveyors committed to maintaining high standards.

The founder is a friendly, balanced, and experienced leader. The company offers an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that has an established infrastructure for training, support, and career advancement, with an emphasis on promoting from within.

Their work mainly involves L2 and L3 surveys and red book valuations, without secured lending work. Training can be provided for other streams, including expert witness. Typical workload: one L3 survey per day or two L2 surveys per day.

What the role offers:
  • Basic salary: £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience and location, with an OTE of approximately £60,000 – £90,000.
  • Bonus scheme: 30% of net fees generated within your area, paid monthly, in addition to the base salary.
  • Car allowance: approximately £6,000 per annum, or alternatively, mileage allowance.
  • Private healthcare, with family options available via salary sacrifice.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure.
  • RICS subscription and CPD costs covered; sponsorship for VRS included.
  • Pension: government statutory scheme.
