Sales Manager – UK & EMEA

£40,000 - £60,000 plus commission

Worthing (1 day in office per week)

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute market capture plans to attract new business in the UK and EMEA regions.
  2. Manage customer visits, coordinate marketing campaigns, and leverage CRM systems effectively.
  3. Prepare and share detailed monthly reports on sales and marketing activities, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
  4. Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic growth objectives.
  6. Oversee major bid responses, ensuring compliance with requirements and professional presentation.
  7. Handle new product initiatives and promptly address customer inquiries.
  8. Assist in developing commercial pricing strategies and support high-level negotiations.
  9. Engage in marketing events and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in bid management and understanding of RFQ processes in the UK & EMEA.
  2. Knowledge of engineering concepts and manufacturing processes for gaskets, seals, and assemblies.
  3. Understanding of quality management standards, including ISO9001.
  4. Well-organised with experience in both domestic and international travel.
