About the Role:

Lead innovative projects from concept to delivery, managing creative and technical teams while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with ISODESIGN's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full production lifecycle
Build client relationships

Identify risks and create solutions

Requirements:

5+ years in producing games, animation, or interactive media
Experience with £500k+ projects
Track record of successful delivery
Team management experience
Strong client and financial management skills
Ability to travel internationally
