Job Role: Warehouse Operative - Evenings/Nights

Location: Nutts Corner, Co. Antrim

Note: Training will take place at Lisburn site for the first few weeks before moving to the new site at Nutts Corner.

Hours: Full time - 19:30-04:00, 5 out of 7 nights (usually Saturday nights off, plus one other)

Pay: £13.37 per hour plus 12% shift allowance (£14.97), increasing to £14 per hour plus 12% shift allowance (£15.68) after 12 months

Start: Immediate start with temp to perm opportunities for suitable candidates

We seek passionate, ambitious, and driven individuals to join a team shaping the future of foodservice across Ireland for our client Sysco. With the opening of the new "Sysco Belfast" facility at Nutts Corner, this is a significant growth opportunity.

Your responsibilities:

• Select & load orders in various warehouse environments, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer
• Label and select products according to outbound procedures
• Stack products on pallets following proper procedures
• Operate electric power pallet trucks, LLOPs, or forklifts to transport products
• Stage pallets for loading at designated bays
• Follow Sysco work methods and report unsafe conditions immediately
• Comply with HACCP policies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic warehouse environment
• Operate all assigned equipment safely, including handling devices and machinery
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and paperwork
• Shrink-wrap products on loading docks
• Perform inventory checks
• Load/unload trucks using MHE and operate loading bays as per procedures
• Communicate effectively at all levels and adhere to safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Flexibility to adjust shifts and start times as needed
• Experience in order selection within an FMCG warehouse
