About the role

Our Store Managers are fully accountable for everything in their stores. Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and motivating your team to excel
  2. Coaching and mentoring staff
  3. Driving customer service through team engagement and product knowledge
  4. Maximising store sales potential and profitability, and driving KPIs
  5. Delivering company standards at the highest level
  6. Visual merchandising and managing product launches
  7. Acting as a Brand Ambassador
About you

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people skills with proven leadership, development, and motivation abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A passion for selling and customer engagement
  • A track record of commercial success and market awareness
  • Understanding of visual merchandising importance
  • Knowledge of local and competitor markets
  • Clothing industry experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach
