Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of our Finance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution as the Solution Architect.
• Champion both technical and functional best practices within the Finance Solution.
• Possess an exceptional understanding of Dynamics 365 technical and functional capabilities.
• Collaborate with the global team to enhance out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionalities, creating unique selling points and resalable assets for KPMG.
• Ensure pre-sales engagements are executed with rigor and attention to detail, aligning with client delivery standards.
• Define training needs and coach team members to develop their skills.
• Deliver consultancy services following KPMG Methodology, ensuring successful implementation according to the project plan.
• Exceed customer expectations in business knowledge, skills, and professional behavior.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; communicate issues effectively.
• Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to practice development activities and define delivery strategies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Directors.
• Complete internal processes and mandatory training promptly.
• Represent KPMG professionally and positively at all times.

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

• Deep and broad knowledge of Dynamics 365 technical capabilities, with appropriate certifications. Demonstrated good practices in Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of core Finance concepts and processes, including Enterprise Structures, GL, AP, AR, and reporting.
• Good understanding of Azure and cloud technologies.
• Broad knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Beneficial to have expertise in one of the following areas:
• Manufacturing
• Human Resources
• Project Management and Accounting
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Trade & Logistics
• Experience working with offshore teams and understanding of best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework are advantageous.
• Degree qualification.

Experience and Background

• Extensive experience providing out-of-the-box and custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a background as an ERP consultant.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and present to C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in a Solution Architect role within Dynamics 365 projects.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong business requirement analysis skills focused on reducing development effort and simplifying delivery.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience in business process mapping, modeling, and documentation.
• Mentoring junior and offshore staff.
