Optegra has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Grade Doctor with ophthalmology experience, especially in glaucoma management, to join our team at Hampshire Eye Hospital. Role Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage glaucoma and other ocular conditions.
• Conduct diagnostic tests like visual fields, OCT, Volk, CCT, gonioscopy.
• Manage glaucoma referrals and provide pre/post-operative care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and service development.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families about glaucoma management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Medical degree and GMC registration.
• Experience in ophthalmology, especially glaucoma, with NHS clinic background.
• Gonioscopy and SLT laser experience.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and teamwork skills.
