Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 200 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading D2C backpack brand in Europe. Be(come) part of the experience Store Manager (m/f/d) in our new Store in London!

We are looking for you if you want to help build our first Store in UK and grow the Kapten & Son crew with your future team!

Start Date: 1st of August 2025

That's what you move with us...

  • The complete store management is in your hands: you accompany the store opening and search for new employees together with us.

  • After the opening, your tasks range from store redesigns to staff planning and feedback meetings.

  • Together with your future team, you will be responsible for the further development of the customer journey as well as the achievement of target sales in the store.

  • With your congenial manner, you manage to develop, coach, and motivate the entire team.

  • You report directly to our retail manager and are in close contact with our headquarter in Cologne (Germany).


Minimum Requirements:

  • Have first experience in the leadership of employees.

  • Have already gained several years of experience in retail.

  • Always have an open ear for the needs of your customers and your employees.

  • You can identify with our products and want to work together with a great team.

  • Love to inspire customers with your positive charisma and to improve the shopping experience from day to day.

  • Feel confident in communicating with customers in English.
