We are the Community Paediatrics administration team.
Community Paediatrics covers a range of specialist services such as care for children with complex needs, child protection, care experience, and adoptions and fostering.
Position:
An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Team Leader, based at Musselburgh Primary Care Centre.
What you will do:
You will line manage a team of administrators, audio typists, and medical secretaries while supporting the wider clinical team.
You will work alongside two other Team Leaders and the Waiting List Team Leader covering all of Lothian, with specific responsibility for the East and Mid Lothian areas.
Although prior experience working with or alongside Community Paediatrics is not required, you should have some supervisory or line management experience.

The earliest planned start date is Monday, 2nd June 2025.
