Interim HR Manager 7-month FTC - Real Estate - London Hybrid

Overview

Global real estate business seeking an HR Manager for a 7-month fixed-term contract in London. The role involves working closely with the business HR team to support the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on employee relations (ER) cases.

Responsibilities
  1. Report directly to the Associate HR Director.
  2. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to align HR functions with business objectives.
  3. Manage all elements of the employee lifecycle for a UK-based population of approximately 2,000 employees.
  4. Handle ER cases, coaching managers on performance management and capability issues.
  5. Promote early intervention and effective HR management.
  6. Work within a professional, commercial environment, engaging with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in HR leadership within a professional, commercial setting.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, organisational development, and performance management.
  • Expertise in managing high-volume, complex ER cases.
  • Ability to develop organisational culture and maintain HR policies.
Remuneration

Includes a competitive base salary, car allowance, and bonus.
