This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking to launch their career in the construction industry as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.
2. Support in building and maintaining relationships with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and sub-contractors.
3. Assist with land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.
4. Help ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Some exposure or interest in Quantity Surveying or the construction industry.
2. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
3. A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
4. A Full UK driving license and a flexible attitude to business needs.
