Accuracy and care are essential. You will oversee the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the daily dispensary activities. You’ll be an expert in the technical aspects of medicine supply while delivering excellent patient care.
Guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, you’ll play a key role in growing our business.
You will help ensure the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare services, managing the dispensary daily operations.
We offer an exciting career opportunity to advance your pharmacy journey. You should have an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Beyond experience, we’re looking for passionate individuals who support and lead the dispensary team and implement pharmacy strategies in collaboration with colleagues.
You also need to have completed a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent to work within our dispensaries.
Potentially, you may wish to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT); we can provide training and support for this. As you develop your healthcare knowledge through these qualifications and roles, this will be reflected in your pay and benefits.
