AAT qualified with excellent core accounting skills.
Experience in a finance role within an agile smaller business.

Manage company finances including cash forecasting and VAT returns.
Liaise with external accountants and produce management accounts.

This is a varied, all-round role for a business that is delivering impressive growth and has exciting plans.

You’ll be looking after the company finances in all their glory – liaising with external accountants at year end, producing periodic management accounts, keeping a handle on cash forecasting, managing the VAT return, bank reconciliation, payment runs, etc.

You’ll be someone who loves autonomy and thrives in a broad company accounting role for a modern SME.

Required:

AAT or equivalent as a minimum.
Excellent core accounting skills – previous experience as Company Accountant, Finance Manager, or Management Accountant for an agile smaller business.
Experience of Sage or similar package.
A hands-on approach and happiness to get stuck into the nitty-gritty where required.
