About this role
As a Specialist Caseworker, you will support the team by providing peer supervision, deputise for the Senior Caseworker when needed, and assist with data collection for project monitoring. You will maintain a resource of onward referrals and build strong relationships with clinicians, hospital staff, and services like CAMHS, IDVA, and COMPASS.
You will identify and assess young victims of violence, develop support and risk management plans, and provide advocacy and practical support such as social and housing assistance, appointment accompaniment, employment, benefits, debt advice, and court appearances.
