The HR team is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and implementing policies across all areas of people management, including professional development, recruitment, diversity, employee relations, pay and benefits, and organizational change.
This role supports flexible working or job sharing. Working hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility for additional hours as needed, following the firm’s agile working policy, which includes home working and minimum days in the London office.
