Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a global automotive tuning leader recruit an Automotive ECU/TCU Tuner who will receive comprehensive sales training. The role blends hands-on tuning knowledge with business development activities and one-to-one coaching on a daily basis.

You will join client meetings to discuss tuning capabilities, close deals, and work remotely to arrange meetings with prospects while benefiting from a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience with ECU/MCU/TCU tuning or similar.
• Willingness to learn sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with other businesses that would benefit from new tuning equipment.
• Work remotely to arrange meetings with potential prospects.
• Attend meeting with the MD or senior sales staff to coach and mentor you.
• Take advantage of a generous bonus scheme to increase your earnings.
• Have technical conversations with other tuners.
