Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Automotive ECU/TCU Tuner for a training-on-sales role. The position is remote with occasional work from Letchworth; you will join a global leader in automotive tuning and receive full sales training to drive business development.

You’ll discuss tuning limitations with clients, attend visits with sales leaders, and benefit from a generous bonus scheme and paid travel. The ideal candidate has ECU/MCU/TCU tuning experience and a willingness to learn sales

Qualifications

• Experience with ECU/MCU/TCU tuning or similar background.
• Willingness to learn sales skills and attend client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Speak with businesses to demonstrate tuning equipment benefits.
• Work remotely to arrange meetings with prospects.
• Attend meetings with MD or senior sales staff for coaching.
• Leverage a generous bonus scheme to boost earnings.
• Engage in technical discussions with fellow tuners.
