Are you a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher looking to secure your first teaching position this September?

Dunbar Education is working in partnership with a wide range of supportive and forward-thinking primary schools across Northamptonshire, and we're currently recruiting ECTs across all primary year groups.

Whether you're looking for your first permanent role or a long-term position to complete your induction, we can help you find the right fit.

We Are Looking For:

• ECTs across EYFS, KS1, KS2.

• Teachers with strong curriculum knowledge and a creative approach.

• Enthusiastic individuals eager to make a positive impact from day one.

• Team players with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
