Job summary

Hays Education in Coventry is supporting Early Career Teachers as they plan September options, offering supply teaching across primary schools and longer-term roles to support ECT induction.

You’ll gain varied classroom experience across EYFS to KS2, enjoy flexible supply work to build confidence, and receive guidance to secure suitable placements in local schools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supply teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required.
• Support longer-term placements and ECT induction where possible.
• Engage with Coventry-based schools to match opportunities.
• Maintain professional standards and adapt to different school settings.

Hays Education work with a large number of primary schools across Coventry and support Early Career Teachers looking to gain classroom experience through supply teaching, as well as those hoping to secure longer-term roles where they can complete their ECT induction.

Your new role
